Ocean Andrew is a Republican representative for House District 46 in Wyoming, serving in the Wyoming House of Representatives. He represents Albany County and currently holds the position of Majority Whip. An entrepreneur, he moved to Wyoming eleven years ago, started a small business during college at the University of Wyoming, and grew it to over 100 employees across 19 states while keeping headquarters and most high-paying jobs in Albany County.
