Representative Noelle Kahaian
Noelle Kahaian is a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives serving the 81st district in Henry County. She assumed office on January 13, 2025, succeeding Scott Holcomb. In the 2024 election cycle, she defeated Lauren Daniel in the Republican primary in May 2024 and won the general election in November 2024 with 57 percent of the vote against Democratic opponent Mishael White.
Education
Kahaian earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from William Tyndale College.
Political Experience and Notable Positions
Kahaian brings extensive activism and advocacy experience to her legislative role. She serves as President and Co-Founder of Protect Student Health Georgia, a nonprofit organization focused on student welfare in schools. She is a certified volunteer teacher in abstinence-based health education through her local pregnancy center and has worked as a paralegal for the Child & Parental Rights Campaign.
Her legislative priorities center on parental rights, education policy, and election integrity. She advocated for Georgia's election reform legislation SB 202, which implemented voter ID requirements for vote-by-mail ballots. She is an active member of the Georgia Freedom Caucus and has been involved in the Republican Party as both an officer and volunteer.
