Biography
Nina D. Webber is a Republican representing Wyoming House District 24, which covers Cody from 23rd Street west, including the North Fork, South Fork, and Yellowstone areas. Born in Casper, Wyoming, she has lived nearly all her life in the state, spending formative years on cattle ranches in Farson and Lander, where she developed values of hard work and determination. Her professional background includes serving as County Clerk in Hot Springs County for five years, managing elections, budgets, grants, titles, licenses, and historical documents; Land Accounting Manager at GAS Ventures; owner of a well servicing company in the Big Horn Basin; and Nursing Home Administrator in Thermopolis. She currently works/consults for GR Auctions and The Village Shoppe. Webber is an avid outdoorswoman, enjoying yoga, photography, elk hunting, shooting, training bird dogs, and has hunted in Africa. She is a member of the NRA, SCI, Wyoming Gun Owners, and attends Cowboy Church on the South Fork. Notable achievements include her role as Wyoming National Committeewoman for the Republican National Committee and president of the Wyoming Federation of Republican Women. She is a strong advocate for Second Amendment rights through speaking, campaigns, and legislative attendance. In the legislature, she serves on committees including House Corporations, Elections & Political Subdivisions; House Minerals, Business & Economic Development; NCSL Elections & Redistricting; Reapportionment Subcommittee; and chairs the Select Committee on Legislative Facilities, Technology and Process.
