Nicolle Grasse is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 53rd district . She assumed office on June 5, 2024, appointed to replace Mark L. Walker, and serves as a full-time legislator and hospice chaplain. Previously, she was an elected Arlington Heights Village Trustee. She is United Church of Christ clergy, married to a retired public high school teacher, and mother to one daughter attending college.
