Biography
Nicole Miller is a Republican representative for Oklahoma House District 82, serving northwest Oklahoma City, west Edmond, and Deer Creek since 2019. Born in Edmond and raised across the central U.S. as the daughter of a Nazarene pastor and a teacher, she settled in the Fort Worth area, graduating high school there before earning her degree. A military spouse during her husband's 20-year Air Force career, she lived coast-to-coast and overseas, later working with the Oklahoma National Guard on federal legislation and BRAC issues—helping save jobs at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base—and the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs, modernizing operations and launching a Veterans Registry. She and her husband, Doug, have two children and attend Heritage Baptist Church.
Notable achievements include the State Chamber of Commerce Rising Star Award for business leadership, selection for the Center for the Advancement of Leadership Skills in 2019, and 2022 Legislator of the Year by the National Guard Association of Oklahoma for Guard education benefits. She serves as Assistant Majority Whip and advocates pro-business policies, traditional values like Right to Life and Second Amendment rights, and opposition to tax increases.

- Political Experience: Elected to Oklahoma House District 82 in 2018, assuming office in 2019 after defeating incumbent Kevin Calvey; re-elected without Democratic opposition; current term ends November 2026.
