Biography

Nic Kipke is a Republican Maryland Delegate representing District 31 in Anne Arundel County. Born January 26, 1979, in Baltimore, he is a lifelong Anne Arundel County resident, married with four children, and lives in Pasadena. A conservative leader first elected in 2006, he served as House Minority Leader from 2013 to 2021, Chair of the Anne Arundel County Delegation , and Ranking Member on the Health & Government Operations Committee , the youngest in that role. Current committees include Health and Rules and Executive Nominations. Notable achievements include the Casper R.
