R. Neil Walter is a Republican representing District 74 in the Utah House of Representatives, serving southern Utah in Washington County. He assumed office on January 1, 2023, after winning the 2022 general election with 100% of the vote and defeating Kristy Pike in the Republican primary. A resident of Santa Clara, Utah, he is married with children and works as a real estate professional, currently serving as CEO of ERA Brokers Consolidated and NAI Excel.
