Neil A. Duram is a Republican representing House District 1 in the Montana House of Representatives, based in Eureka, Montana. He assumed office for this district on January 6, 2025, after redistricting shifted him from District 2, where he served from 2019 to 2025. Previously, he represented District 2 in the 2019, 2021, and 2023 sessions. Duram is married and resides in Eureka. Notable achievements include serving as Majority Whip since 2023, winning his 2024 reelection bid against Democrat Dakota Adams by 5,541 to 1,388 votes , and holding leadership roles such as Chair of the House Committee on Transportation.
