Neal Collins is a Republican representing District 5 in the South Carolina House of Representatives, covering parts of Greenville and Pickens Counties. Born July 6, 1982, he was first elected in 2014 following the retirement of state Representative Phil Owens, winning the primary outright and the general election unopposed; he has been re-elected in every subsequent election.
