Representative Nate Schatzline

Nate Schatzline is a devoted Christian, husband, and father of two sons, Jackson and Anderson. He grew up traveling internationally with his parents, who were ministers, authors, and business owners, alongside his sister. He credits his upbringing with instilling values of hard work, family prioritization, and faith.
Schatzline has held several significant leadership roles outside of elected office. He is the founder of For Liberty & Justice, an organization dedicated to mobilizing churches toward governmental reform. Additionally, he serves as director of operations for The Justice Reform, an anti-human trafficking organization based in Fort Worth, Texas. Over nine years, he and his wife, Adrienne, served as pastors leading a youth and young adult discipleship movement.
Education
Schatzline earned his bachelor's degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas, where he met his wife. He subsequently completed his master's degree in Political Science from Liberty University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Political Experience
Prior to his election to the state house, Schatzline worked as a professor of economics and served on multiple political campaigns, including Republican Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne's 2020 congressional campaign. He also oversaw a public school mentorship program that worked with at-risk students across multiple cities, emphasizing that students have inherent purpose and potential beyond their circumstances.
