Napoleon Bracy Jr. is a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 98 in Mobile County since January 2011. Born in 1976 or 1977 in Prichard, Alabama, he is married to Melody Bracy and has three daughters. Notable achievements include serving as Chair of the Alabama Legislative Black Caucus since 2013, Co-Chairman of the Mobile County Legislative Delegation, and Chair of the Mobile County Democratic Party. He has received awards such as Humanitarian of the Year, Drug Free Mobile Leadership Award, Hometown Hero Award, Mobile Bay's Top Forty under 40, and 2014 Alabama Democratic Legislator of the Year. In 2023, he ran unsuccessfully for Alabama's 2nd congressional district.
