Nader Hashim moved to Vermont in 2011 after earning his degree from Clark University. In 2019, he served one term as a state representative for Windham-4 in the Vermont House of Representatives on the Judiciary Committee. He has been a Vermont State Senator for the Windham District since 2023. Outside politics, he works as a paralegal and investigator at a private law firm in Brattleboro and as Deputy Director at Bright Leadership Institute since 2021. His hobbies include writing, music, painting, and hiking.
