Biography
Nabeela Syed is a Democratic State Representative serving her second term for Illinois' 51st District in the Illinois House of Representatives. She represents communities including Palatine, Inverness, Barrington, Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows, Lake Zurich, Hawthorn Woods, Kildeer, Deer Park, Vernon Hills, and Long Grove. A lifelong resident of Palatine, Illinois, she made history in 2022 as one of the youngest members elected to the Illinois legislature at age 22.
