Representative Mitchell S. Setzer

Mitchell Smith Setzer is a Republican state representative from North Carolina's District 89, which encompasses southwest Iredell County and most of Catawba County. Born on March 12, 1965, he is a lifelong resident of Catawba, North Carolina.

Setzer is a business executive serving as Vice President of Smith Setzer & Sons, Inc., a pipe company based in Catawba. He has deep community roots, having previously served as a town board member and mayor of Catawba.
