Biography

Missy Warren McGee is a Republican representing District 102 in the Mississippi House of Representatives since 2017. Born on March 31, 1966, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, she won a special election to replace Toby Barker, becoming the second woman to hold the seat. She is married to Sean McGee with two children, Patrick and Jackson, and is Methodist.

Education and Political Experience

  • Education: Graduated from Hattiesburg High School; earned a BS and MS in Speech Communication from the University of Southern Mississippi; served as an instructor in speech communication at USM.
