Senator Mike Tipping is a Democratic member of the Maine State Senate representing District 8 in Penobscot County, which includes communities such as Alton, Argyle Township, Burlington, Carroll Plantation, East Central Penobscot UT, Edinburg, Enfield, Greenbush, Howland, Lagrange, Lakeville, Lee, Lincoln, Lowell, Milford, Old Town, Orono, Passadumkeag, Penobscot Indian Island, Prentiss Township, Springfield, Twombly Ridge Township, Veazie, Webster Plantation, Whitney Township, and Winn. Elected in November 2022, he has served in the 131st and 132nd Legislatures.
