Senator Michael F. Rush is a Democrat representing the Norfolk and Suffolk district in the Massachusetts Senate, which includes Boston neighborhoods such as Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Readville, Roslindale, West Roxbury , and the Norfolk County towns of Dedham, Norwood, Walpole, and Westwood. He currently serves as Senate Majority Whip, Chair of the Senate Committee on Personnel & Administration, and Vice Chairman of the Joint Committee on Veterans and Federal Affairs.
