Mike Osburn is a Republican state representative serving Oklahoma House District 81, which encompasses central Edmond, including areas like Oklahoma Christian University, UCO, downtown Edmond, and Memorial High School. Born on April 15, 1968, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, he is of Cherokee descent, lives in Edmond with his wife and three children, and is active in The Springs Church of Christ.
