Biography

Mike Olcott is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 60 . Born October 12, 1958, in Fort Worth, Texas, he is a fifth-generation Texan, retired biochemist, and Christian conservative. Elected in 2024 after defeating incumbent Glenn Rogers in the Republican primary, he assumed office on January 14, 2025, with his term ending January 12, 2027. Notable achievements include co-founding Parker County Conservatives, serving as Parker County Republican Precinct Chair , and volunteering with the Minutemen on the U.S.-Mexico border in 2005 for border security.
