James Michael "Mike" Neese is a Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives representing District 44, which covers northern Lancaster County, including suburbs of the Charlotte metropolitan area. He is a self-employed contractor, farmer, and eighth-generation farmer from Indian Land, married to Christine L. since April 15, 1995, with two daughters, Della G. and Clara M. Neese was first elected in 2022, defeating Democratic nominee Katie Crosby, and serves as a dedicated community leader advocating conservative values and local development.
