Biography
Mike Lay is a Republican representative for Oklahoma House District 68, which spans parts of Creek and Tulsa counties, including Jenks, Glenpool, Sapulpa, and south and west Tulsa. A lifelong Tulsan, ordained minister, and founding member of Victory Church, he is dedicated to faith, family, and community service. He founded Layco Electric Innovations, an electronics manufacturing company, and enjoys fishing, the outdoors, and time with his children and grandchildren. Elected in 2024 to succeed Rep. Lonnie Sims, he won the Republican primary against Jonathan Grable with about 52% of the vote and serves in the 60th Legislature onward.
