Biography
Michele Jenkins Guyton, born October 19, 1966, in Madison, Tennessee, is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 42B in Baltimore County. A developmental psychologist and disabilities advocate, she was first elected in 2018 and sworn in on January 9, 2019. She serves as Vice Chair of the Environment and Transportation Committee and is a member of the Rules and Executive Nominations Committee. Notable achievements include Maryland's Top 100 Women by The Daily Record , Legislator of the Year by The ARC Maryland , chair of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Tourette Association of America , and board member of the Kennedy Krieger Institute . She is married with three children.
