Michael T. Marron
Michael T. Marron is a Republican who represented Illinois's 104th District in the state House of Representatives. A small business owner and family farm operator in rural Vermilion County, Marron has deep roots in the agricultural community. He resides in Vermilion County with his wife and daughter.
Education
Marron earned a B.S. in Agriculture Business from Murray State University.
Political Experience
Marron served in the Illinois House of Representatives as the Assistant Republican Leader from September 2018 through December 2023. Prior to his state legislative service, he held local leadership positions, including Chairman of the Vermilion County Board and Supervisor of Pilot Township. He announced his retirement from the state legislature and did not seek reelection.
