Meredith Dixon
Meredith Dixon is an American politician and businesswoman serving as a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives representing District 20, which includes Bernalillo County. She assumed office on January 19, 2021, following her election in November 2020, when she defeated Republican nominee Michael Hendricks after incumbent Democrat Abbas Akhil announced his retirement.
Dixon is the founder of Blue Advantage Partners, a political consulting and fundraising firm based in New Mexico. She is recognized in her community for her focus on bipartisan collaboration and working toward common goals in an increasingly polarized political environment.
Political Experience
Dixon previously worked as a legislative aide, serving under Senator Tom Udall and State House Speaker Brian Egolf. Her professional background combines both political experience and business acumen.
