Max Brooks is a Republican representative for Colorado House District 45, which includes Castle Rock, The Pinery, and Castle Pines Village in Douglas County. He assumed office on January 8, 2025, after winning the 2024 general election with 62.26% of the vote, following a primary victory over Bill Jack . A Castle Rock resident, Brooks advocates for limited government, fiscal responsibility, pro-business policies, public safety, rule of law against illegal migration, and support for the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities community. Prior to the state house, he serves on the Castle Rock Town Council and has worked in advertising and marketing for KOA radio in Denver.
