Matthew V. "Matt" Hansen is a Nebraska politician who served two terms as State Senator for Legislative District 26 from 2014 to 2023. He has been Lancaster County Clerk since 2023 and is a member of the Democratic Party, though noted as nonpartisan in Nebraska's unicameral legislature context.
