Senator Matthew Deneen is a Republican representing District 10 in the Kentucky State Senate since January 2023. Born on September 19, 1968, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, he is a Baptist and a dedicated public servant with a background in education and community leadership. Notable achievements include raising over half a million dollars through partnerships to improve district quality of life, passing three unanimous bills in his 2023 session , and earning inductions into the Elizabethtown High School and Georgetown College Athletic Halls of Fame, plus two national awards for technology in education and community conservation.
