Mary Lou Marzian is a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 41 since January 2025. Born on September 16, 1954, in Louisville, Kentucky, she is a retired registered nurse and Catholic who resides in Louisville. She previously represented District 34 from 1994 to 2022, first elected in a special election after the incumbent's resignation, and returned after winning the 2024 election for District 41 following redistricting.
