Martha Garcia is a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 6 . She resides in Pine Hill and was appointed by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham on February 26, 2025, to fill a vacancy following the retirement and death of Rep. Eliseo Lee Acon; she assumed office on February 27, 2025, and was sworn in immediately.
