Biography
Marshall F. Archer is a Democratic representative for District 129 in the Maine House of Representatives, serving the town of Saco . First elected in November 2024, he is in his first term and serves on the Labor Committee. Notable positions include Deputy Mayor and Ward 1 Councilor for the City of Saco, Chair of the Biddeford and Saco Chamber of Commerce, and Commander of AMVETS Post 1. He is a social worker by occupation, also working as a director of partner engagement for a workforce development organization, a property investor, and part-time faculty at the University of Southern Maine. Archer is involved in community organizations such as VET 2 Vet Maine, Southern Maine Finance Authority, and others. He is married to Alexa with two children and is a USMC veteran.
