Marla Brown is a Republican Pennsylvania State Representative for the 9th Legislative District, serving parts of Lawrence County. With over 30 years of private sector experience, Brown served 15 years as an executive at UPS, then opened and grew a medical spa in Georgia for nine years before selling it. She later became CEO of the nonprofit Catholic pro-life organization Pregnancy Aid Clinic, tripling its growth in three years by expanding locations and funding. In 2018, she returned to Lawrence County to be near family and support her community. Elected to represent the 9th District, she began her first term prior to 2025 and was selected for a second term in 2025.
