Biography
Mark Walker is a Republican state representative serving House District 84 in Maine, which includes the towns of Baldwin, Naples, Sebago, and part of Standish in Cumberland County. He assumed office on December 7, 2022, after winning election against Democratic opponent Barry Powers, and is currently in his second term. A retired small business owner from Naples, he holds an MBA and is affiliated with the Job Creators Network and Prager University. He is married to Priscilla, with 4 children, 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Notable positions include service on the House Committee on Housing and Economic Development and prior appointment to the Maine Human Rights Commission by Governor Janet Mills in August 2022. He previously served as mayor of Hallowell and on its city council.
