Mark C. Walczyk is a Republican state senator representing New York's 49th Senate District, which encompasses Fulton, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lewis, and parts of Herkimer, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties in Northern New York and the Mohawk Valley.
