Biography
Representative Mark Perry
Mark Wilson Perry is a Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives currently serving his 7th term representing District 66, which includes portions of Pulaski County. He is based in Jacksonville, Arkansas, and is married to Valerie with three children: Emilee, Blake, and Logan. Perry is a Baptist and has been deeply involved in his community through various civic organizations.
Education
Perry earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas, graduating between 1982 and 1985.
Political Experience
Perry has had an extensive career in the Arkansas House of Representatives with service spanning multiple terms:
- Current Service: 7th term representing District 66
- Previous Terms: 2023, 2021, 2019, 2013, 2011, and 2009
- Former District: Represented District 42 from 2008-2014 and again from 2019-2023

He has also served in leadership roles within Jacksonville's civic community, including past president of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Jacksonville Rotary Club, Jacksonville Boys & Girls Club, and the Jacksonville Sertoma Club.
