Mark Paul Lepak is a Republican representing District 9 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives, covering parts of Rogers and Tulsa counties including Claremore, Owasso, and Valley Park. First elected in 2014 and term-limited in 2026, he serves as Chair of the Banking, Financial Services and Pensions Committee, House Rules Committee, and others including A&B Finance, Energy, and Government Oversight. Notable achievements include advocating for fiscal responsibility, performance audits, education choice, and efficient government; co-filing a 2023 resolution supporting Israel and condemning Hamas; early endorsement of Ron DeSantis in 2024; and recognition as ALEC State Legislator of the Month in October 2025 alongside Sen.
