Biography
Mark Paul Lepak is a Republican representing District 9 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives, covering parts of Rogers and Tulsa counties including Claremore, Owasso, and Valley Park. First elected in 2014 and term-limited in 2026, he serves as Chair of the Banking, Financial Services and Pensions Committee, House Rules Committee, and others including A&B Finance, Energy, and Government Oversight. Notable achievements include advocating for fiscal responsibility, performance audits, education choice, and efficient government; co-filing a 2023 resolution supporting Israel and condemning Hamas; early endorsement of Ron DeSantis in 2024; and recognition as ALEC State Legislator of the Month in October 2025 alongside Sen. Julie Daniels for leadership in policy engagement. A retired telecommunications executive with prior electrical work in potash mining and family farm operations, he credits his family—married 47 years to attorney Linda, five law school graduate children, and 17 grandchildren—as his greatest accomplishment.
