Biography
Mark Higley is a Republican representative for the Orleans-Lamoille district in the Vermont House of Representatives, serving since 2009 with continuous terms through at least 2026. Born in Brattleboro, Vermont, he moved to Lowell in Orleans County in 1990, where he resides at P.O. Box 10, Lowell, VT 05847. A self-employed general contractor since 1978, he previously served in the U.S. Navy Seabees as a builder and worked for the Town of Lowell plowing roads and operating a grader. He has been married since 1980 with four children.
