Mark Gidley

Mark Gidley is an American politician and a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives. He has represented Alabama's 29th House district since November 9, 2022, when he assumed office following his election. Gidley is married to Kathy Gidley and has two daughters and four grandchildren.

Education

Gidley graduated from Hokes Bluff High School and earned a master's degree in theology from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary.

Political Experience

Gidley was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives on November 8, 2022, defeating Libertarian opponent Clifford Valentin. Since taking office, he has represented District 29 in the state legislature. His official office is located in Suite 522-C of the Alabama State House in Montgomery.
