Biography
Senator Mark Enget is a Republican representing District 2 in the North Dakota State Senate, based in Powers Lake. He was elected in 2024 and has served since 2025. Raised on a small farm near Powers Lake, he grew up in a modest family and later worked in North Dakota's energy and agriculture industries, gaining management experience in these key sectors. He is retired, married to Roxanne , and has three children. Enget is active in Gideons International, Lions Club, and Bethel Baptist Church. Notable committee roles include Vice Chair of the Interim Information Technology Committee, member of the Energy Development and Transmission Committee, Energy and Natural Resources standing committee, Industry and Business committee, and the Capitol Grounds Planning Commission.
