Biography

Marianne Proctor is a Republican representative for Kentucky's 60th House District, which covers central and mid portions of Boone County. She serves as a speech language pathologist in Union, Kentucky, is Presbyterian, and is active in the Boone County Republican Party as a precinct chair and member of the Northern Kentucky Tea Party. Proctor entered office in January 2023 after winning the 2022 Republican primary and running unopposed in the general election; she won the 2024 Republican primary with 76.5% and faced a Democratic challenger in November 2024.
