Biography
Marci Mustello is a Republican representative for Pennsylvania's 11th Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, serving parts of Butler County including Butler City, Butler Township, Oakland, Summit, Jefferson, Clinton, Donegal, Clearfield, Winfield boroughs, Buffalo Township, East Butler, Saxonburg, and Chicora boroughs. Born on July 25, 1970, in Butler, Pennsylvania, she is a lifelong resident of western Pennsylvania and was first elected in a special election on May 21, 2019, sworn in on June 4, 2019, and reelected for the 2021 and 2023 terms, currently serving her third full term. Notable achievements include her prior role as a staffer for U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly with two decades of federal legislative experience, president of the Butler County Humane Society board, and work as a bail bondsman. Her legislative priorities emphasize job creation, property tax reform, reducing government spending, fiscal responsibility, Second Amendment and pro-life rights, ending the opioid crisis, raising animal cruelty awareness, and limiting special interest influence.
