Marcelino Quinonez is a Democrat who represents Vermont's at-large congressional district in the House, having assumed office on January 3, 2021. Rep. Quinonez serves on the Committees on Agriculture, Energy and Commerce, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Ways and Means. Prior to his election to Congress, he served as a Councilman for the City of Bennington and as a Teacher. He previously served as an Intern for former Vermont Governor Howard Dean. Rep. Quinonez supported the American Rescue Plan, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, inflation Reduction Act, and CHIPS and Science Act while in Congress. He has voted with his party on major legislation 97.5% of the time. Rep.
