Biography

Lynda Zamora Wilson is a Republican state senator representing Colorado Senate District 9, which covers parts of northern Colorado Springs in El Paso County, including the Air Force Academy, Monument, and Palmer Lake. She was appointed to fill a vacancy in 2024 following the resignation of former Senator Paul Lundeen and serves through at least 2026. A retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with 25 years of service, she is a steadfast defender of the Constitution, advocating for small government, fiscal responsibility, low taxes, parental rights, and informed citizenship.
