Luz Bay is a Democratic representative for Strafford District 21 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, serving since 2022 and representing Dover Wards 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6. A psychometrician with a 29-year career in educational assessment, she is a pro-choice Catholic, immigrant, wife, mother of two, and three-time cancer survivor who moved to Dover in 1999.
