About

Lori Rogich is a Republican state senator representing Senate District 11 in Nevada, a fast-growing area in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley. Born in 1965 in Union, New Jersey, she moved to Nevada about 20 years ago, owns the Rogich Law Firm PLLC as a regulatory compliance attorney specializing in the cannabis industry, and is married to Sig Rogich with six children: Olivia, Sig, Jessica, Christian, Britten, and Erin. Elected in 2024, she narrowly defeated Democratic incumbent Dallas Harris by 1.4 percentage points, preventing a Democratic supermajority in the state Senate. Notable achievements include winning a landmark seven-year federal court battle against the Clark County School District for her daughter's special education rights, setting a national precedent for children with disabilities like dyslexia, autism, and ADHD; serving as Co-Chair of Governor Lombardo’s Education Transition Committee; and being appointed to the Cannabis Advisory Commission . She serves on the commerce, education, and government affairs committees and sponsored a bill mandating daily room cleanings in hotels and casinos.
