Lloyd Kenneth Smucker is a Republican U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 11th congressional district, which includes Lancaster County and most of southern York County. A businessman and former state legislator, he previously represented the 16th district until redistricting in 2018 and owned the Smucker Company, a commercial construction firm, for 25 years, growing it to employ over 150 people. Notable achievements include chairing Pennsylvania's Senate Education Committee to advance accountability reforms, serving on the House Ways and Means Committee to promote tax relief and the ENABLE Act for disability savings, and prioritizing budget restraint and small business support.
Education
Smucker graduated from Lancaster Mennonite High School in 1981 and attended Lebanon Valley College and Franklin & Marshall College .
