Liz Barbour is a Republican Representative serving Hillsborough 35 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives since 2024. She resides in Hollis, New Hampshire, where she moved in 1999 with her husband Ted and their two children; she is married with two children. Previously, she worked as a chef and business owner of The Creative Feast, served as editor of Positively Hollis, and volunteered on local committees including Hollis Town Committee, Hollis Seniors, Farley Building Community Center Committee, Hollis Old Home Days Committee , and Hollis Historic District.

Education and Political Experience

Education: BA in Speech & Communications from Syracuse University .

Political Experience: Elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives for Hillsborough 35 in 2024, where she represents constituent interests, votes on legislation, serves on relevant committees, and advocates for community resources.
