Lisa Finley-DeVille is a Democratic representative for District 4A in the North Dakota House of Representatives, serving since 2023. An enrolled member of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation from Mandaree, she is married to Walter Sr. and has 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Notable achievements include co-creating the Fort Berthold Protectors of Water and Earth Rights, and serving on the boards of Dakota Resource Council, West Segment Development Authority, and Western Organization Resource Council. She has demonstrated strong support for pro-education and public service policies, voting in favor 90% of the time during the 2025 legislative session.
