Biography

Lindsey N. Daugherty is a Democratic member of the Colorado Senate representing District 19, which covers Denver's northwestern suburbs in Jefferson County, including most of Arvada and parts of Westminster, as well as portions of Adams County. First elected to the Colorado House of Representatives for District 24 in 2020, she assumed office on January 13, 2021, and served two terms before moving to the Senate. As an attorney specializing in juvenile law, she founded her own firm to advocate for children in crisis and has volunteered at free legal nights for underserved communities. She serves on committees including Health and Human Services and Judiciary.

Education and Political Experience
