Lehman Franklin is a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 160, which includes portions of Bryan and Bulloch counties. A native of Statesboro, Georgia, he is a businessman, veteran, and advocate for economic development, agriculture, veterans' affairs, healthcare, and education in rural communities. Elected in 2022 and serving since 2023, he holds positions as Vice Chairman of the Retirement Committee and serves on the Economic Development & Tourism, Interstate Cooperation, Appropriations, and Veterans Affairs committees.

Education and Political Experience

• Education: Graduated from Statesboro High School; earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel Military College in 1997; obtained an MBA from Georgia Southern University in 2002.
