Leanne T. Krueger is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 161st District in Delaware County since 2015. She made history as the first woman to represent the district after winning a special election following the resignation of incumbent Republican Joe Hackett. Notable achievements include serving as the first woman to chair the Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee, leading efforts to flip the House to Democratic control in 2022; being elected House Democratic Caucus Administrator, the first woman in that role; convening the Blue Green Working Group; and co-founding the Climate Caucus. She serves on the Appropriations, Environmental Resources & Energy, and Labor & Industry committees, and has been a leader on workers' rights, #MeToo legislation, LGBTQ anti-discrimination bills, and minimum wage increases.

The 161st District includes Aston Township, Brookhaven Borough, Chester Township, Middletown Township , Nether Providence Township, Ridley Township , Rose Valley Borough, and Upland Borough.
